JBM Communications were recommended to us by our IT Support people when we were trying to understand what sort of telephone system we should consider for a small business of about 12 people and that would allow functionality that we needed now or might need in the future like VOIP or message on hold.

Being a small business with fairly basic needs I was concerned about going down this path as communications companies tend to have people that like to talk in jargon and often try to 'up sell' you on features you probably won't ever need.

We found the opposite with JBM and they were practical and down to earth to deal with. They quickly recommended a Toshiba system in a clear written proposal and we have been very happy with that system ever since. We have found our system to be just what we needed and also catered for some growth we had in late 2008. As part of the service,

JBM have been there to support the minor changes or questions we have had from time to time including advice on phone carrier issues.

When our previous phone system died a quick and painless death from a slithering intruder, we were faced with a 2 week lead time for a replacement system from a high profile supplier.
