A JBM quote is normally valid for 7 days, provided obligation free in a prompt and efficient manner.

JBM endeavour to respond by phone contact &/or in writing (via Email or fax) within one working hour of being in receipt of your request for quotation form &/or phone call enquiry.

JBM may phone its “quotation request” enquiries to gather additional information or request clarification of your exact requirements so the first quote you get is the right one.

The original hardcopy quote along with the supporting brochures and any relative supporting information regarding the equipment you want us to quote will be sent in the same working days post.

Expect a courtesy phone call from your friendly JBM staff the next working day to make sure you received your quote and to answer any questions you may have with no pressure or hard sell.
